Check-in from 9:00 to 10:00
On the water at 10:15
2km Time Trial
1000 m timed sprint race.
Lunch (plenty of food and drinks available from the canteen)
500 m timed sprint race.
200 m timed sprint race.
4×100 m knock-out Team Relay

Expected finish 16:00
 The line up for the sprint races will be seeded according to the time trial result.
 The canteen will be open all day serving hot and cold food and drinks.
 You may be on and off the water up to four times during the day so bring several
changes of paddling kit suitable for the prevailing weather!
