This strategy is designed to create a more collaborative approach to supporting and developing young athletes.

Support from the England Talent Programme will focus on developing clubs, coaches and the wider environment where athletes spend the majority of their time. Working in partnership to support those that have the most contact and influence is how programme resources will be directed. Supporting the development of more clubs and environments will also encourage the sport to become more accessible to a broader range of society.
